Hey! I'm Mark (he/him), and I found these practices the hard way—through burnout which led to chronic disease. As a former startup guy who could've won Olympic gold in overthinking, I know what it's like when life feels like it's running on chaos mode.

Breathwork and meditation changed everything for me. Not in a mystical mountain-top way, but in a practical, "this actually works in real life" way. Now I blend ancient wisdom with modern science to make these powerful tools accessible to everyone.
