FRONT OF HOUSE

Casual/ Partime   I   Hourly Rate / Salary Package

This role is suited to someone with exceptional hospitality experience who possesses great time management skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the reception, bathhouse, and shared spaces to a high standard of cleanliness, care, and hygiene at all times

  • Creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest, while confidently upholding operational procedures and bathhouse protocols

  • Guiding guests through the facilities, services, and products with warmth and knowledge, and assisting with email enquiries when needed

  • Developing a strong understanding of the space and confidently sharing this knowledge with guests

  • Bringing a high level of attention to detail and personal presentation

  • Being open to working across different areas of the business and supporting the wider team where needed

 

Skills + Availability:

  • A genuine interest in wellness, bathing culture, and human-centred hospitality

  • Clear, thoughtful, and consistent communication with both guests and colleagues

  • Calm, grounded, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Naturally attentive and driven by creating meaningful guest experiences

  • Self-motivated with a collaborative and can-do approach

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required
