FRONT OF HOUSE
Casual/ Partime I Hourly Rate / Salary Package
This role is suited to someone with exceptional hospitality experience who possesses great time management skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities

Maintaining the reception, bathhouse, and shared spaces to a high standard of cleanliness, care, and hygiene at all times

Creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest, while confidently upholding operational procedures and bathhouse protocols

Guiding guests through the facilities, services, and products with warmth and knowledge, and assisting with email enquiries when needed

Developing a strong understanding of the space and confidently sharing this knowledge with guests

Bringing a high level of attention to detail and personal presentation

Being open to working across different areas of the business and supporting the wider team where needed
