FRONT OF HOUSE

Casual/ Partime   I   Hourly Rate / Salary Package

​

This role is suited to someone with exceptional hospitality experience who possesses great time management skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a can-do attitude.

​

Responsibilities

​

  • Ensuring the reception, bathhouse, and all areas of the facility are maintained clean & tidy, and sterilisation practices are maintained at all times.

  • Making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable on every visit, while being able to manage guests and ensuring all operational protocols are followed and upheld

  • Informing guests about the facilities, services and products when visiting the spa, and occasionally when the host needs assistance with the phone

  • Knowledge of the facilities, and ability to share knowledge with customers.

  • Showing attention to detail and immaculate presentation

  • Willingness to work across multiple disciplines

  • Assisting with guest bookings where necessary

 

Skills + Availability:

  • Excellent, clear, and consistent communicator (clients & colleagues)

  • Calm under pressure, self-led and adaptable

SPA COORDINATOR

Partime / Full time   I   Salary Package  

​

​

This role is suited to someone with wellness management experience who possesses great people skills, good understanding on spa operation, excellent problem-solving and communication capabilities.

 

Responsibilities

​

  • Managing staff shifts and optimise guest booking schedule

  • Handling guest inquiries

  • Replenishing stock in the space including laundry, amenities, food and beverage, and hygiene items

  • Knowledge of the facilities and managing routine maintenance and repair of the spa equipment, fixture and fitting

  • Conducting floor staff training

  • Collecting and reporting customer feedback to both staff and the director

  • Assisting with planning and launching of promotions

  • Assisting with event organisation and coordination with collaborators
